Education

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
• Master of Commerce (MCom)
• ACA/ACMA/FCMA with Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting will get extra preference.

Experience

• 15 to 20 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Poultry, Farming, Dairy, Agro based Startup

• Ensure proper accounting and records of all business transaction.
• Expose financial operation, reporting, and develop internal system.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain and process all voucher through proper Accounting code.
• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger activities.
• Develop internal control system to minimize the opportunity for cash mishandling to safeguard the company’s assets.
• Prepare and implement effective budget that helped the business growth.
• Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions if required.
• Implement cost-control measures across the organization.
• Any other relevant tasks given by the management from time to time.
