Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute engaging content strategies for branding, digital campaigns, and marketing communications.
- Lead the creative development of marketing materials including print ads, TVCs, digital posts, newsletters, brochures, and internal communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams, business units, and external agencies to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
- Manage the Bank’s digital and social media presence through creative storytelling and innovative campaigns.
- Produce high-quality written and visual content aligned with the Bank’s brand identity.
- Coordinate promotional activities, CSR campaigns, sponsorships, and product launches with creative direction.
- Ensure compliance of all marketing materials with Bangladesh Bank guidelines, regulatory instructions, and internal policies.
- Monitor market trends, competitors’ campaigns, and customer insights to enhance the Bank’s brand positioning.
- Supervise a creative team, providing direction and feedback to designers, copywriters, and media partners.
- Report campaign performance, engagement metrics, and brand impact to Senior Management.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting line.
