Additional Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in veterinary surgery.
- Proficiency in soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries is essential.
- Prior exposure to emergency surgery and anesthesia protocols is preferred.
- Key Competencies:
- Expertise in surgical techniques and anesthesia safety.
- Calm and decisive in high-pressure situations.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on hygiene and patient outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bangla & English).

As a sister concern of Labaid Cancer Hospital, we bring clinical excellence, structured management, and a deep passion for animal welfare into the veterinary ecosystem.
- We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Veterinary Surgeon – Surgery to lead and perform advanced surgical procedures, ensuring the highest level of safety, sterility, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of routine and complex surgical procedures (e.g., spay/neuter, tumor removal, orthopedic repair).
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative evaluations.
- Ensure proper anesthesia management and monitoring throughout surgical procedures.
- Maintain the highest standards of aseptic technique, surgical hygiene, and patient safety.
- Collaborate with diagnostic and medical teams for case coordination.
- Guide and mentor junior veterinary surgeons and assistants.
- Handle emergency and trauma cases involving surgical intervention.
- Keep detailed surgical notes and update patient medical records accurately.
- Communicate clearly with pet owners about procedures, risks, recovery, and follow-up care.
