Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users, including hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting.
- Installation and fixing of computer hardware, software, network and its configuration.
- Provide timely technical assistance via phone, email, chat, or in-person to internal staff and external clients.
- Maintain and update network documentation and reports.
- Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and other systems.
- Monitor and maintain company IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN, servers, printers, CC Camera and internet connections.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to system performance, operating systems, and network connectivity.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as data backups, antivirus updates, and patch management.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment, software licenses, and other IT assets.
- Collaborate with vendors for procurement and warranty support.
- Ensure data security and support compliance with IT policies.
- Must have knowledge of inventory management.
- A mindset to work during holidays if necessary.
- A positive attitude toward physical work (IT related) is essential.
